My name is Wojtek and I am an art hobbyist and a Twitch streamer.
I specialise in drawing transformations but I am open to other stuff as well.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Commission Taking

I can take commissions through Commission Forms (button above) and direct messages on Twitter / FurAffinity / Deviantart / Discord.
For first time clients, Commission Forms are preferable.
Commissions are taken in a non-specified order so there is no first come first serve.

Pricing

Prices of my commissions can change so always check the Prices tab on my Carrd before you commission me. Pricing Sheet has the update date in the top left corner of the page. THE PRICING ONLY BECOMES CHANGED THE DAY AFTER THE UPDATE DATE IN CET TIMEZONE.

Alternate Versions

Alternate Version of a panel are slight edits (or recolors) to a base panel.If an additional version of a panel requires me to redraw small parts of a panel (like adding a body part/changing patterns/adding an item) or changing the color scheme, it counts as an Alternate Version and has to be paid for as such.If an additional version requires me to change entire poses of a character, etc. then that counts as another panel and has to be paid for like an additional panel of that size.If unsure if your additional version counts as an Alternate Version or not, we can discuss it either in private messages or after I accept your commission.

Payment

I can take payments through PayPal (more payment methods might be added in the future).
Payment is taken upfront, after I agree to do your commission. Do not pay for the commission until I confirm that I'll work on it.

Refund

I don't take refunds after I start working on your commissions. The only times I'll give refunds are:

You request a refund before I begin working on your piece (check Trello in the Queue tab)
I am unable to draw your commission after I agreed to do it

Commercial Rights

The completed art piece belongs to you but you may not profit off of my art in any way, shape or form unless discussed with me. That includes stickers, prints or any other type of merch that has my art on it. This always applies, no matter if you own the character in the artwork.

NFTs and AI pictures

I will never buy or sell NFTs. You are strictly prohibited from buying or selling my art as NFTs. If you see my art being used as an NFT, report it to me immediately.
You are strictly prohibited from using my art in an AI image generation algorithm or machine learning.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Can I use your art for (insert thing)?

Clients are allowed to repost art made for them as long as I get credited.
Other people first need to ask me for permission. If allowed, I need to be credited and I will need to recieve a link to the thing you used it for.

What can you draw?

You can find what I am fine with drawing in the Art Comfort List tab.

Can you upgrade a Flat Color commission into a Shaded commission after it's finished?

Any Flat Color commission can be upgraded to a Shaded commission after the piece is finished.

I messed up filling the commission form, what do I do now?

Contact me through one of my accounts (found in the Contact tab) and I'll delete it. If you still want to get a commission, fill up a new form.

Why did you decline my Commission when the thing I wanted was on the list?

Being on the Art Comfort List doesn't guarantee I'll do your commission and I have the right to not tell you why I didn't take it.

Do you take Requests?

No but I'll sometimes ask for suggestions.

Do you take Art Trades or Art Gifts?

Yes to both.
For Art Gifts, first contact me to ask if I am fine with whatever you want to draw unless we know eachother then it's fair to do so without contacting me.

Can I support you without buying a commission?

I have a Ko-fi and Patreon, you can find links to both at the bottom of the page.

Can I pay for the Commission with Cryptocurrency/Gift Cards/Game Currency?

No.

Important

The list is subject to constant changes, it's recommended that you read it every time you want to commission me
A thing being on the list doesn't mean it's guaranteed that I'll do your commission
The list is seperated into two categories - overall art and transformation specific
Each category will contain subcategories of what I can and what I won't draw
If your commission is Transformation related, you should read both categories
I won't draw using real life pictures of people. If you want a commission, you either need a character sheet or at least a drawing of your character
If you are unsure of something from the list or the thing you are interested in is not on the list, contact me through any of the contacts in Contact tab

I'll show the client the commission progress only after the sketching phase during which they can request changes to the drawing. When I start the lineart and coloring phase, no more changes or edits are allowed.
